Patterson Counselling Services is based in Red Deer with in-person sessions at our office and online sessions available to adults across the province. Whether you are in Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton, or a surrounding community, we can work together.
Our office is at 3939 50a Ave #306 in Red Deer, right off Gaetz Avenue with free parking and wheelchair accessibility. In-person sessions happen here. Online sessions are available to anyone in Alberta through secure video. No referral is needed for either option.
We provide trauma therapy, PTSD and C-PTSD treatment, anxiety and depression counselling, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), stress management, and individual psychotherapy. Each city page below explains how clients in that area connect with the practice.
