Fees for Services
We believe cost should never be the reason you put off getting support. Our fee structure is straightforward, and we offer several ways to make therapy accessible. Below you will find our current rates, accepted insurance and third-party payers, and details about our income-based sliding scale. Session Fees
Effective February 1, 2025. All fees are listed in Canadian dollars.

Accepted Third-Party Payers
We work directly with several insurance providers and third-party payers to handle billing on your behalf. This means less paperwork for you and more time focused on what matters. Please contact us to confirm your specific plan is covered before your first appointment.

Income-Based Sliding Scale
We never want finances to stand between you and the support you need. That is why we offer a generous income-based sliding scale. Your fee is based on your household income, family size, or special circumstances. In many cases, the adjusted rate is well below the standard fee.
How It Works
During a brief initial intake call, we will work with you to find a rate that fits your situation. The conversation is simple and pressure-free. Proof of income is optional and only requested if it helps us determine the best rate for you.

Payment and Cancellation
Payment Methods
We accept credit card and debit card payments on-site through Square. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are subject to a fee of half your session rate. We understand that life happens — if something comes up unexpectedly, please call us as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
