Counselling Fees

At Patterson Counselling Services, we strive to provide transparent and accessible pricing for our valued clients. Starting February 1, 2025, there will be a price increase. The new prices are listed below:

Individual Counselling for Adults: $195.00
Accelerated Resolution Therapy: $210.00
Adolescent and Child Counselling (for trauma and PTSD only): $185.00
Psycho-social Assessment (includes diagnosis): Starting at $500.00
Telephone Consultation Fee: $50.00 for every 15 minutes
Letters/Emails: $75.00

Income-Based Sliding Scale

With today’s rising costs, we never want finances to prevent you from getting the support you need. That’s why we offer a generous income-based sliding scale—your fee is tailored to your household income, family size, or special circumstances, often significantly lower than the full rate. During a brief initial intake call, we’ll work together to determine a sustainable fee that works for you. Proof of income is optional and only required if it helps us find the best rate for you. No one is turned away due to financial concerns.

Payment Details

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) fee is half of your appointment fee. We accept on-site payments using Square, which conveniently accepts credit cards and debit cards.
